In this training we will be covering what I call The Wheel of Balance. Even though this concept has been around for ages I feel that this is a good time to review it in Achieving a Goal training series.
In this video we will break our lives down into 10 important categories. And then ranking them on a scale of 1 to 10 in each category. By having this portrayed on a wheel we can easily see how balance we are in our lives.
